Shipping Policy & Procedure
We at Alkmen Lifecare Pvt. Ltd. know how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest condition and on time. So we use a large network of couriers to deliver your products to you as early as possible.
- Depending upon the location, the product is delivered to you in 3-7 working days after it has been dispatched from our store.
- Locations not serviced by Courier Packages are shipped through India post and will be delivered within 10-12 working days after it has been dispatched from our store.
- Free shipping is available on the above invoice value 1000/- or above products, subject to a minimum order value, A Non-Refundable charge of Rs. 80/- will be applied to all orders below Rs. 999/-.
- In case of partial cancellation by the customer, if the total cart value goes below the free shipping amount, Alkmen Lifecare Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to recover the shipping charges of Rs. 80/-.
- The whole order amount including any delivery charges will be refunded if the order is canceled or lost in transit by us.
