Delivery Time:
Depending on your location, you can expect to receive the product within 3-7 working days after it has been dispatched from our store.
Locations not serviced by Courier Packages are shipped through India Post and will be delivered within 10-12 working days after it has been dispatched from our store.
Free Shipping:
Enjoy free shipping on orders with an invoice value of Rs. 500/- or above. For orders Rs. 499/- or below a non-refundable shipping charge of Rs. 80/- will be applied.
Partial Order Cancellation:
In case of partial cancellation by the customer, if the total cart value falls below the minimum threshold for free shipping, Alkmen Lifecare Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to recover the shipping charges of Rs. 80/-.
Refunds and Lost Orders:
If your order is canceled or lost in transit by us, the entire order amount, including any delivery charges, will be refunded to you.
